Oatmilk Pumpkin Spice Latte
I am not ashamed to admit that I love a good Pumpkin Spice Latte. What I do not like, however, is the $8 price tag at Starbucks. That's right, $8! The upcharge for Oatmlk pushes the drink over what is already a steep price to pay. I've been on a mission to make a PSL at home that rivals the coffee shop version--without using store-bought syrup. If you're like me and adore your fall PSLs, you'll love this recipe on how to make the BEST oatmilk pumpkin spice latte from the comfort of your own kitchen. - This is a batch recipe and will make 4-5 lattes, depending on how strong you like your coffee. Keep the unused portion in the refrigerator. It will keep for about a week.
Notes
If you prefer, you can make this individually, by the cup. Reduce each ingredient by 3/4.
You may like your lattes sweeter--or less sweet. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
