This is a tasty holiday cocktail. Penelope Branford serves this to the Blackbird Ladies in A Murder Yule Regret, the 6th Bread Shop Mystery. Enjoy!
- 2 ½ oz Sparkling Wine
- 1.5 oz Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz crème de menthe liquor
- Splash of Grenadine
1. Rim a chilled martini glass with crushed candy canes.
2. Combine ice, vodka, crème de menthe, and grenadine in a shaker. Mix together, then strain into prepared glass.
3. Top with Sparkling Wine.
4. Garnish with a candy cane (optional, but so festive!).
